Through this process, balance is restored, harmony is regained, and the body is supported in its innate ability to heal and self-regulate.

Forest Reiki® deepens this work through an intentional partnership with trees and the living intelligence of the forest. By attuning to the unique qualities of the natural environment—the trees, terrain, sounds, and subtle energetic currents—the session invites the forest’s regenerative energy to support chakra alignment, energetic clearing, and nervous system regulation.

Your session will include, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • 60-minute remote energy session designed to clear energetic stagnation, renew vitality, feel a sense of belonging to the natural world, and provide a deeper, more stable, connection to the body.

  • Before the session begins, we will connect via a phone call to set clear intentions and share anything that feels significant or present for you at that time.

  • During the session, we work in partnership with your higher guidance and the intelligence of the trees and forest, allowing the experience to unfold in alignment with what is most beneficial for you.

  • Each session is intuitive and personalized, focusing on the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual areas calling for support, recalibration, or activation.

  • Following the energy work, you will receive a 30-minute integration consultation, where we will explore the insights, messages, and guidance that emerged during the session. This time is dedicated to helping you understand and integrate the experience, offering clarity, validation, and practical support for moving forward.
